Application:QDY crane,suitable for explosive places/factory/foundry;

■   QDY foundry bridge crane with hook is mainly used at the place where the molten metal is lifted .high working class A7 ,the thermal-protective coating is at the bottom of the main girder,

■   To lift steel ladle in a high-temperature situation ,cab-operation and high efficiency.

■   QDY type double beam overhead foundry crane is one of the main equipment in the continuous casting technology of steel manufacturing. It is mainly used for smelting metal transporter, casting and hot metal charging.
■   Double ladle crane is composed of a boxed bridge frame, hook, crane travelling mechanism and electric system. The main hook employs a loading tool as the lifting device to hoist steel ladle, the auxiliary hook cooperates with the main hook to accomplish the pouring of molten steel and steel slag, and another auxiliary hoisting.

■   QDY type double beam overhead foundry crane travelling mechanism and main electric equipment are installed in the boxed girder, which employs rock wool for heat insulation, and has an air cooler inside. To reduce heat radiation of molten structural members, a thermal baffle is set along the span direction at the bottom of the girder.
