Introduction of QB Model Double Girder Overhead Crane

The QB model double girder overhead crane is applicable to the place in the factory where the capability of transmitting-explosive is no higher than grade II B or II C, and where has a mixture of detonating gas which is composed of flammable gas or steam, whose ignition temperature team belongs to T1～T4 team, and air. The applicable danger area is Area 1 or Area 2 (see GB3836.1～2000 for detail).

Main Features of QB model overhead crane:

1. Overhead crane capacity up to 75 tons. 

2. Minimum IP55 for the electrical enclosure. 

3. All crane motors are equipped on the overhead crane with insulation class F and Temperature Rise Class B to provide a longer operational life span. 

4. Electronic overload protection c/w warning horn. 

5. Noise level below 85 dB(A) at full load. 

6. Double-speed control via pole changing for the hoisting motion, inverter control for trolley and bridge motion for smooth and precise operation. 

7. Thermal protection for pole-changing and 3 PTC thermistors for inverter drive. 

8. Crane rake with asbestos-free lining which activates automatically in case of power failure.

50Ton Explosion-proof Double Beam Bridge Crane

50 ton explosion-proof double beam overhead crane is widely used in smelting workshops of electrolytic nonferrous metal, aluminum and magnesium. This insulation overhead crane is constituted by a box-type main girder, crane traveling mechanism, trolley and electrical parts.

To prevent the current from passing through the lifting mechanism to the crane and threatening the operator's life, parts of the insulation overhead crane are protected by insulation treatment. Insulation overhead crane work level is heavy-duty, so the main lifting is equipped with dual braking in order to ensure safe production.

Features of 50ton explosion-proof double beam overhead crane:

■   Three parts are insulated to ensure the security on the hook, pulley, lifting mechanism, trolley frame and the crane;

■   The impedance of each insulation is not less than 1 mΩ at 20℃~25℃ room temperature and humidity less than or equal to 85%.
