■   Electric mooring winch is a piece of reliable and safe winch equipment in marine to berth boats and ships as well as stabilize the berth. It is generally fixed on the shore. This marine winch can also be installed on the boat for mooring purposes.

■   The capacity of the mooring winch is in a range of 5t to 100 tons, and the working speed is generally 10m/min.(OEM is possible)

■   According to the drum configurations, our electric mooring winches can be divided into single drum winch, double drum winch and three drum winch.

■   According to the structure, the winches can be classified into left-handed type and right-handed type.

Features:
(1).The steel plate adopts Q355B. All our production processes are strictly in accordance with the Bv specification requirements. After the welding parts are completed, the sandblasting treatment is carried out. All the processed parts are CNC processed and are interchangeable. The motor adopts a well-known domestic brand: Wuxi Lanhai. Electric control adopts Shandong Leling Electric, all electric components use Schneider electric components (2).The main shaft adopts alloy steel original parts. (3).The gearbox adopts a special worm gearbox, which has a large carrying capacity, high transmission efficiency, long service life, and takes away the self-locking function. (4).All sliding bearings are made of tin bronze and have the functions of wear resistance and heat insulation.
