1.Precast yard

Precast yard, the beam is made in advance so that it can be erected

2.Transport

Transporting girder handlebar precast beam to the construction site.

3.Beam feeding

 The transporter transports the T girder to the end of the beam launcher,then move two winch trolleys backwards to position.

4.Girder installation

Move PC girder forward using two winch trolley to erecting position ,lower PC girder and stop at the top of the bridge deck using two winch trolley simultaneously.Side shift PC girder to the top of the pier,and lower it on the pier using two winch trolleys.Repeat above stage,erecting other PC girder of this span.

Packing & Delivery

Packing.

1. Electric parts are packed by high-quality plywood crate, to reduce distortion in conveying; 
2. Main beams, end beams and electric hoists are packed by plastic woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion when transport.

Delivery.

1.If the size of the whole crane are suitable for container ship, usually by container;
2.If the size is too big, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation;Transport ways are based on reducing cost for you and keeping the crane performance.
Delivery time
Within 15 ~30 business days after the receipt of deposit.
Transportation
Generally 35 days to 50 days to the destination port.
