Nybon New Type---European Style Electric Wire Rope Hoist

European-style electric hoist is the most commonly used small lifting tool on cranes. It is a lifting device that uses steel wire ropes to lift heavy objects. European-style electric hoist has small dead weight, large load-bearing capacity, advanced technology and superior performance. It is a kind of very welcome lifting equipment in modern industry.

European standard electric wire rope hoist (also known as AQ-ND type steel wire rope hoist) manufactured and designed according to Europe FEM standards, with an advanced concept, attractive appearance, driving units imported from Germany. the whole machine with compact and reasonable structure, simple operation and convenient, safe and efficient operation.

Introduction of Nybon New Type Wire Rope Hoist:

■   Before lifting the goods, the European-style electric hoist should be hoisted without load. The wire rope, hook, stopper, rope guide and electrical parts of the European-style wire rope electric hoist should be checked intact, and the grounding device should be normal.

■   Standing under the hook during operation is not allowed, and the operator should avoid and prevent non-operators from entering the work area.

■   Operators should concentrate on the operation in close cooperation with their partners, and do not be distracted to do other things that have nothing to do with the operation to ensure the safe lifting of the goods.

■   The European-style electric hoist is forbidden to be overloaded when lifting goods, and operators are prohibited from putting their hands between the steel wire rope and the goods to prevent collisions when the goods rise.

■   The European electric hoist should be lubricated well during use, especially the steel wire rope must be regularly lubricated, and the lubricating oil must be kept clean and free of dust and dirt. It is forbidden to lubricate the steel wire rope by hand.

Precautions:
